Cascarero is a bar located in a small village supported by orange fields in southern Spain, and it takes its name from the typical construction used to dry orange peels in winter time, which would be afterwards transformed into other byproducts, from medicinal products to gunpowder.

Together with our colleagues from Narita Studio (, and inspired by this concept, we have proposed a bar where orange juice floods all over the floor and travels up into the middle of the wall. The rest of the shapes are inspired by orange trees.
